As founders of several small, family-run enterprises, we understand the challenges that come with growing a business. We launched Blofield Business Centre in 2016 to solve one of those challenges: finding attractive and affordable office space.

We’re a relaxed bunch, which is why we love the peaceful village of Blofield Heath. Our contracts are flexible and hassle-free, with rent, utilities, and cleaning included. Once you’ve chosen your office, you can get back to the important bit: running your business.

To preserve our beautiful planet, we run Blofield Business Centre as greenly as possible. We have over 100 kW of solar panels onsite (with more in the pipeline), including two solar carports and facilities for electric vehicle charging. We also operate ground and air source heat pumps and are always looking for more ways to make our offices environmentally friendly.

Designed by a local architect, Blofield Business Centre’s natural timber framework compliments its organic surroundings. The architectural quality is recognised by awards from the Campaign to Protect Rural England, and the Broadland Design Awards.

Completed in late 2020, our new North Site extension offers 16 office spaces with a total of 21 Companies making Blofield Business Centre their Company home.

New works have begun in 2024 on an extension to our South Site, if you are interested in future availability do not hesitate to get in touch with ourselves.

Blofield Business Centre is in Norfolk’s Broadlands districts and within easy access of the A47. We’re just eight miles from the historic city of Norwich, and 13 miles from the stunning Norfolk coastline.
